I’m writing behalf of my partner. He got into a motorcycle crash in 2023, towed his bike to this shop & let them know he needed a quote. They told him it was super and the cost would be about the cost of the bike. Insurance claimed it repairable with only $4000 but would not release funds until bike is fixed. We did not have 13k lying around, for the most part they were understanding and worked with him. However Jason decided he wanted to talk to the insurance company to let them know the bike is totaled and see what strings he could pull which was fine at first because we thought he could help but for the most part it did nothing. Insurance only wanted to payout 5k nothing more nothing less and eventually my partner settled for the 5k because he was homeless for some time and super behind on bills. He’s barely recovering from homelessness. He got paid out in September but was trying to see if the bank could release the funds to put towards the bike and possibly use some of it to pick up the bike for storage fees but unfortunately he was unsuccessful as the bank did not want to release funds regardless it being totaled. Jason called the insurance company and they told him my partner got “paid out” already back in September. On the phone Jason seemed rude and unprofessional when he heard that information. I was there listening to the phone call between my partner and Jason and he barely let my partner speak. My partner was and has been a loyal customer to this shop since his whole family used to shop there. It seemed like a great relationship but that phone call told me otherwise. He got interrupted mid sentence and was not able to explain his situation without Jason interrupting. We were quoted $500 dollars to pick up the bike until Jason heard my partner got “paid out” which was nothing by the way. He settled for the least amount of money. So my partner gave up on exposing himself and then Jason bumped the price to $1200. My partner did inform him he could do the $500 but he’s living to paycheck playing catch up so he would not be able to pick it up until January but when the price bumped to $1200 they gave us ONE week to pick it up and anything after that was an additional charge a day after literally telling Jason he could not do it until Mid January. They were going to start the lien process IN JANUARY after informing he could not do it as soon as they wanted so to avoid the additional charges we just used all our rent money and paychecks to get this bike out of their shop and rent a U-Haul to tow it. Tony was nice and more reasonable with my partner and even told him he would’ve helped tow it down 10th if he had known. Overall we appreciate Tony but our experience with Jason completely changed our view on this shop and we did not feel understood or heard. Again this is not a direct review from my partner but from my personal experience during his hardship. He told me great things about this shop until that phone call & I was there to hear this phone call. My partner doesn’t even have a phone active due to not being able to afford a phone at the moment. He’s barley back to work after a year of battling with the aftermath of his accident which was not in any way his fault. We just hope we never have to be in this situation again and if we were to go back for any services we’d want to speak to Tony directly.

This place has pretty much everything you need. At a price, you can afford. If all possible deal with one of the owners they are awesome and very cheerful the others need to work on people skills

Great place and really nice people. If I need anything doing while out touring I give these guys a ring and they always seem to find time to fit me in. Great jobs, great service and normally at short notice. Would recommend this place to anyone but especially those guys out touring who need to get stuff done quickly.

I needed tires swapped out for my bike and called ahead the woman on the phone stated it would be $25 each tire when I got there I was quoted $35 each tire which wasn’t even the worst part, overall I was charged $80 for two tires that I brought in. They told me it would only take a couple of hours and they would call me when they were done. 6 hours later the closed I had to call them in the morning to find out if my tires were completed. Two days later I’m headed on a trip to Sedona and I didn’t even make it 25 miles down the road before the rear tube exploded. The only reason I gave them a shot was because the tire machine at the chain store down the street was broken. I definitely should’ve taken heed to the negative reviews. But now I know better.

I've been going there a very long time, and it's just a great environment and the knowledge level. Tony and his wife is unbelievable and what they're able to help and do is great

My H-D had a slow leak in the rear tire. I had Riders Choice change the tube & told them I want the old one back so I could patch it. For some reason these guys cut a hole in the old tube (see photos) rendering it unrepairable.

I have mixed feelings with the owner.... He speculated I was getting high on drugs and thought I was a hardened criminal.. not knowing that I had a wife and children I just recently graduated from Bible college..

And now that I recall one of the mechanics who gave me an estimate was out of his mind.... I know they have to make money.
I could have rebuilt the whole engine for the price he wanted to rebuild the carburetor.

Anyways, I pray that his business thrives, and he takes care of his family and those who work for him.. but I will not give him five stars because of the untrue things he said about me and insinuated in front of everyone.
