I drive to the store in Fremont on a Saturday afternoon and they where closed. I called the number for the business and it was a google phone number so none answered and then I did receive a text from a person name Daisy. She said they are only open by appointment. I ask if she can open the store today because I wanted to buy one. I just wanted to make sure it fits me. I’m 6’3” and 280 so before spending $1600 on a e scooter I wanted to make sure. She told me that she had an appointment at 2:30 and couldn’t see me till later. Around 5. I don’t live close I told her. They need to display there hours of business. And at least get a good answer machine that says appointment only. For a new business that says grand opening sure want a grand opening for me and my kids.
