I had the worst Experience. I was told That my engine midsection was completely bad And corroded. I paid thousands of dollars. With getting my engine back blowing oil still. The resolution stated by Carlos . I would have to pay more money upfront for them to check the work that was done. My boat was left with two drained batteries. No covers on my engine. With engine still blowing oil I then went to a new mechanic. Paid for them to remove my powerhead and check the work that RJ nautical did to my motor. Upon inspection, the mechanic remove the power to find out two very important items. Number one, he spun off the bolts to my oil pump with his fingers. Number two after carefully removing the oil pump, he noticed that the seal was pinched and not installed properly. The new mechanic replace the seal, torque the bolts down to the proper pounds of torque. Fired up my engine and no oil. I have been trying to reach RJ nautical for now with no reply. I had to come up with double the amount that I paid RJ nautical. Do not trust this business. They will leave you hanging. Especially if you are a fisherman In Southern California.

RJ Nautical is awesome. Bought a pair of new 225 Yamahas for a Grady White through these guys. They took the time to listen to all my questions and got me the perfect mix of financing to make it affordable. Highly recommend them for repowers.

Great guys to work with. On point with communication and support. Its difficult to find reliable outboard service lately and with the recent influx of so many new outboard boats its critical to have solid factory trained mechanics. In this industry skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled.

This is the best Yamaha shop in Los Angeles hands down. The service and parts department always take care of me. I can depend on Carlos in service to go above and beyond to sort out any issues my boat is having. Their mechanics really know what they’re doing! The parts manager Robert always gets my parts on time and when I need it. Also a shoutout to the owner Josh giving me great deals on outboards! Great experience overall with this shop , been dealing with them for over 3 years.

I just bought a new Yamaha 25 HP Motor for my new inflatable boat from RJ Nautical. Both Dustin and Josh were amazing to work with. I received prompt answers to my questions and we made the deal over the phone. When I went to headquarters to pick it up, Josh gave me a tour, introduced me to various departments and then gave me a quick tutorial on the motor itself. They have a great service department. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Doing business with them was a dream and I really enjoyed learning so much while I was there. I definitely recommend their store.

We purchased an EPropulsion motor from them just over 2 years ago, when we purchased it they were great to deal with, prompt responses and just great service. But, 6 or so weeks out of warranty and the $1100+ battery just died. We were beside ourselves. We called left a message, received a call back with in an 1/2 hour, it was Josh, who we dealt with when we purchased the motor. He was awesome, assured us they would do everything they could to help, even though it was out of warranty. He and Robert worked with the distributor, who handles the warranty claims, they paved the way to have our battery replaced at no charge to us. They went WAY above and beyond what they had to do. Robert kept in contact with us through the entire process, which took a week or 2. We can not stress enough how awesome they were to deal with. We never felt like we had to push them to help us, they just did it. It was so refreshing to work with a company that truly knows and practices GREAT customer service.
