I hardly ever leave reviews but the service we received from Roll wheelchair and ambulatory services was amazing. We requested a stretcher transportation for my father and were so grateful for the level of care they provided from our phone call to the actual transport.
They came out after operating hours and really went above and beyond to accommodate our family. My dad said they were so attentive and checked in with him every step of the way, really making him feel comfortable and taken care of. Super friendly and professional team. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Kelly for your exceptional service!

Outstanding service by both the dispatcher and a very friendly and careful driver (Hannah)! Following a trip to the ER without my wheelchair, I was thrilled to find this company to get me from hospital discharge to my home on a weekend without the expense of hiring an ambulance as they provided a temporary wheelchair to handle my transport. One stop shopping! I highly recommend them.

Roll attendants have a PASSION FOR SUPERB SERVICE!
Roll Wheelchair, Gurney and Ambulatory Transportation service is a complete modern, professional, flexible, well equipped and reliable transportation service.
We contacted them via phone to arrange transport for our recently non ambulatory family member with dementia to a hospital and doctors office complex for a long day of appointments and testing.
Our 3-story home on a steep hill required expert personnel and equipment to move our father from inside the house to and up the outside stairs to the carport.
From the minute the Roll experts arrived at the house in the morning they knew exactly how to move our father into their vehicle, drive to the hospital complex well ahead of first appointment time.
In the midafternoon they returned on schedule and drove back to our home and safely navigated the stairs and back into the house.
Roll personnel communicate by phone, text and email with complete information and detailed planning.
We have additional scheduled transportation with Roll for dental and other needs.
I give them the highest ratings in every applicable service category. 10/10, A++.

Great customer service from dispatch to drivers! I also use their service for gurney for a long distance trip to Los Angeles and the rate is reasonable!
