I just bought a ‘21 Maverick XRC here last weekend. Looked all around and went to a couple other Can am dealers first. Both dealers were out of stock and couldn’t tell me if they were even getting any more. My local dealer here in Hollister suggested they may get one in six months, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking if they could find out for sure. I called Roseville Powersports and talked to Tyler. Within two minutes Tyler was able to tell me exactly what was coming in and the dates they expected them to arrive. I made the 3 hour drive to personally put a deposit on the one arriving in February. Five days later Tyler called to tell me that it came in earlier than expected. I made a second 3hr drive the next weekend to pick it up. Everything went perfectly smooth with the transaction, nice guys all around. Tyler was super easy going.
I will likely use our local dealer for minor things because they are so close, but for any substantial purchase I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive back to Roseville Powersports.
My only disappointment, would be the lack of accessories and related power sports products.
Other than that it was a good experience.

My Goldwing needed to have a recalled fuel pump replacement. I called and spoke to Tobias in the service department. He was very helpful and took my information with a promise to call me once the part arrived.
As promised he called me as soon as the part arrived. And was able to schedule me to come in and a rather short time frame to get the work done.
Today I took the bike to Roseville which was only about an hour ride not too bad at all, and from the moment I walked in I felt like they were a responsive and kind and took care of my bike right away. The whole appointment was only about 1 hour and I actually got there earlier than scheduled.
Tobias happened to be in the service department today and I was very pleased to meet him and had a good conversation with him He's a good dude and he has just earned my business for as long as I have a Honda. The dealership is a large store with many cool toys, they had a couple of gold wings some Africa twins some dirt bikes side by sides lots of apparel helmets gloves etc and a very cozy waiting room with very nice chairs and a big TV that you can watch... they even had a video game old school fight game. I would gladly drive 3 hours to go to this place if I had to That's how good of an experience I had with them.
If you live near Roseville and you have a Honda motorcycle or powersports equipment I highly recommend that you go here to get your service needs taken care of.

I recently brought my Sea-Doo in for service, and they were prompt with scheduling the work and getting it done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in yesterday with my friend, who's interested in a CanAm Spyder.

I went with him because I'm always leery of sales people, and didn't want him getting hustled. I needn't have worried, as the salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and businesslike.

We had a lot of questions, and most importantly, my buddy wasn't ready to buy right away; but the salesman (Tyler) was great. He answered of our questions and never tried to get my friend to commit to buying.

I told my friend later that I'd be comfortable dealing with that guy and that shop.
