Saw a great deal on a used Triumph Bobber but it was sold before I could get there. Hans gave me a even better deal on a Gold Line Bobber. I traded in my Ducati Monster. What a beautiful and fun bike. Hans made the buying experience painless. Took a ride to Big Bear on Tuesday, too much fun.

My wife was looking for a Range Rover with her preferred colors in and out that are not popular in our North-East state. She has expanded her search nationwide and found Rosso Corsa in Costa Mesa, CA that happened to have a Range Rover in stock that satisfied her criteria. She has reached out and negotiated an acceptable price with Hans. We braced for unexpected hidden fees that most dealerships practice and to my surprise there were none at Rosso Corsa. It was important to know the exact final price before we commit for travel and Hans has assured the number we got is the most we would pay that included transportation cost. The legend.
Adventure, here we go - I flew into Santa Ana and Lawrence sent Lyft to the airport to pick me up. Lawrence has showed me the car, we went to a test drive, and I have conducted vehicle inspection in peace. We struck a deal and signed. I was on my way back to East Coast with a peace of mind as we have established trustworthy relationship with Hans, Lawrence and Sabrina and retrospectively I am confidence to suggest they are the people who do what they say they would do.
I was comfortable to continue transaction remotely - made full payment to Hans via Zelle transactions. Sabrina has sent me Title and transfer documents - I preferred to register myself in my state like in a private sale. Lawrence has shortly organized transportation from West Coast to East Coast. Agreed when I was onsite that I would put an AirTag in the car for the peace of mind to knew exactly where the car was throughout the whole process of transportation. It was delivered last week, registered, passed my state inspection and we are full speed customizing it already.

Rosso Corsa has restored my faith in dealerships. Hans did a great job in setting up the right business practice. Their inventory selection is a fine choice. I hope their business model is financially successful to keep their business running as that is how all dealerships should operate.

I bought a used car from Lawrence Werrell. Overall the sales experience was good and the purchase went smoothly. I did however have an issue once I picked up the car. A dash light (TPMS) went off on my drive home and I needed to go back to the shop to discuss a resolution the next day. Lawrence sent me to a shop near by that was unable to rectify the problem. After some negotiations we settled on a price for the work at a shop of my choosing. However, the invoice I provided was more than he wanted to pay. I did finally receive a credit back a couple of weeks later, with a few follow up reminder calls and emails.
I would give 5 stars had I not had to follow up and received my credit in a more timely manner. I recommend this shop as it has a large inventory of hard to find motorcycles and exotic cars.

I got my first bike in 25 years from this place. Ural 2022 Gear Up. They procured a custom bike and at first I didn't notice it on the site but it grabbed my attention when I drove up and looked at the inventory.

I also got the bike serviced here and added the windscreens. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and the service worker has really bent over backward to deliver this bike on time. The 600 mile service was done two weeks after purchase because I rode it everyday.

First time buyer from Texas.

Since it was my first time buying a motorcycle without seeing it in person, I was quite worried. However, the communication with Hans and Nick was great, the transaction went smoothly and the bike was shipped quickly.
When the bike arrived, I noticed that the "Check Engine" light came on. A quick check revealed that the issue was with the installed aftermarket exhaust, but the UpMap device was not set up with the correct ECU map for the installed exhaust. Bought the right map, uploaded it to the UpMap and problem solved. Received a full refund for the purchase of the map! That's what I call good business! Thanks for the support and amazing bike!
