Ellie and Ty are the BEST! They're a regular vendor of my workplace and I can't express how much I appreciate Ellie's customer service. We use them for all our inspections and repairs. When you do business with someone on a regular basis at a professional level, the tentativeness and communication really matters. Especially in logistics! I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get something scheduled and Ty makes his way earlier b/c he's in the area. He's very knowledgeable and super friendly to boot! Managing vehicles in itself is a full-time job but Ellie and the team keep my headaches at bay on a weekly basis! Thank You SAC FORK!!!!!

So glad that I found Sacramento forklift! I've got an old Clark Lift that needed a little TLC. I Found them online and called Ellie. She was fantastic, and quickly sent Ty out to my Roseville shop to look at my lift. He was awesome too! Very professional, on time (even early!), did a great job explaining what he did and I now have a functional lift! Definitely a worthy company!

This is eye opening experience for us. We had a diagnosis for our forklift from "not going to say" and they said we had heavy blow by and our engine needed to be replaced or rebuilt. Meaning a very large sum of money. We were skeptical of the diagnosis and called Sacramento Forklift. Ellie was easy to speak with, set a quick appointment once our diagnosis quote was approved. Ty our technician was very thorough, and found a gasket slightly leaking by, changed it and our problem was solved. He explained his diagnosis process very clearly so I could understand, showed me pictures of the exact location of the leak and I felt very confident in his diagnosis and abilities. From that day forward we were business partners.

Called ahead of time to ask if they had firm extensions. I told Ellie what I wanted and they had them pulled by the time I got there with my name on them. I got a quick tour of the facility and after coffee mug. Great people great service. Also they were 15% cheaper than the other guy. Highly recommend.

The fork lift training course was fantastic. I learned more about using and safety than I have ever known. If you need to get a forklift certificate then this is the place.
Chad was a great instructor and well qualified/ We were provided with visual and hands on with the forklift. The test at the end was a surprise and quite thorough. This class was at Sacramento Forklift and the setting was fantastic. If you need certification or re-certification this is the place I strongly recommend. One key point is they sell, service and offer training on forklifts.
You can also get Racks and Shelving along with other warehouse equipment.
This is a one stop warehouse business.
