Every year it's more expensive & theirs less attractions

Large event area, holds enough space for a bar, dancing, dining. Kitchen area in the back. Restrooms are close by and very clean. They have installed dyson air dryer for your hands. I attended an awards ceremony here and it was so much fun. I can tell they maintain and they take pride in this building.

Very fun when the fair is thier. Open space you can also rent building's for partys. Or anything you want.

Our FMCA RV chapter attended the rodeo in King City on Saturday evening. What great family fun! I enjoyed the opening prayer, the excellent male vocalist who sang our Anthem, the little boy who won the sheep race because he had his technique mastered, and just all the young people and everyone, especially the hilarious clown, who participated to make this small town rodeo a forever memory for me! Thank all of you who work behind the scenes, too!! 😃

Great new barns. Buildings get on the warm side. Grass on grounds has suffered from drought restrictions but is coming back. Great for wedding reception, parties, etc.

Just about any time you visit King City (KC) there is something going on at the fair grounds, be it individual shows or very large events like the Salinas Valley Fair that is happening now. They have excellent events for the school kids during which they learn that milk does not come from a grocery store!

Building is old, so old that MOLD is there.
Don't feel safe at that location for any events.
