I have been using San Diego Mobilty Vans for a few years now.
I have to say, Jim is one of the friendliest people I have dealt with when it comes to renting a vehicle. He is honest and reliable!! Those are 2 very good characteristics when it comes to doing business.
The vans are always ready on time, clean and reliable. Jim takes the time to explain how to use the equipment each time I have rented.
San Diego Mobility Vans / Coast Mobility is conveniently located for me to pick up and drop off and Jim goes out of his way to try to accommodate a rental, if possible.
I honestly cannot say enough about this company and it's owner!! Thanks Jim for such great service!!

The best part about reserving a van with Jim is the peace of mind that you will have knowing your rental will be ready and available when you fly in to the airport. He made the whole process effortless. You ask if rentals are available when you need and give him your flight details when you know the exact info. A few days before you arrive, he'll send you a request for your driver's license, insurance, and payment information. (Note: He will work with you however you are comfortable with giving him the information whether it is text, email, or on the phone.) When you arrive, he'll text you where to meet him, and off you go. Jim is the best! Thank you, Jim, for making an out-of-state surgery a little less stressful!

I’ve never received as much personal service when buying a vehicle as I did at San Diego Mobility Vans. Jim helped me select a used wheelchair accessible van that fit my needs and pocketbook. Many years later when I finally needed to replace my first handicap van, I returned to San Diego Mobility Vans and was able to trade up to a newer handicap accessible van that met my needs.
Jim’s vans are reasonably priced, and in ten years of doing business with him, his vans have proved very reliable.

We rented a van for 11 days and it was perfect !!
It was really easy to operate and get our motorized chair up and down the van's ramp. The convenience of the van and ramp gave us the flexibility to enjoy our vacation to it's fullest.
Jim was a pleasure to work with...helping us through every step of the process.

I cannot begin to say enough nice things to adequately express the genuine kindness and work ethic Jim has for the business. I recently contacted Jim to rent a vehicle. Upon finding out he was in the midst of packing to go on vacation, he said he would still find a way to make things work. He brought out a vehicle, which ended up not working for my height. He then located a second vehicle and brought out a couple of hours later, which was really kind considering he was leaving that afternoon
