Awesome staff. I interacted with a (newer) salesman (Nathan), and I was completely happy with his help. He’s an honest man, and so was everyone at this dealership. I’m a new rider and never felt like that when working with this crew that they disrespected me or didn’t understand my needs. They just want to get you going on your journey!

Big shout out to their finance manager (awesome guy), and to the young man that helped me and sold me some starter gear (10 percent off!).

The best experience I’ve ever had looking and buying a motorcycle! My fiance and I came in looking for a bike for each of us. The staff there were ALL helpful in assisting us find the perfect bike for our style and experience of riding! Bill and Alex were super knowledgeable about the different bikes they have on their sales floor, and both provided answers to the many questions that my fiance and I had. Cristian was great at explaining the breakdown of the costs of our bikes, the warranties that each one had, and made sure that we understood fully before we signed the dotted line. Never once did anyone push us towards a particular bike or buying unnecessary things! My fiance and I felt super comfortable and at ease, unlike our other experiences where the sales people are trying to push us to buy bikes that were way out of our comfort for riding. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle without feeling ANY pressure to pull the trigger that day!

Where can I start? My experience has been positive since my first phone call inquiring about my bike. Amy was super friendly and followed up with an email thanking me for my interest. I visited a week later and met Alex and Christian who were also incredible. I knew i was going to a dealership to purchase a motorcycle but NOT ONCE did I feel sold to if you know what I mean. I have owned many cars in my life and I'm always leery going into a dealership dealing with a sleazy salesperson. The transaction and modifications were handled virtually and the bike was delivered to my house with no hassles. I am now a proud owner of a ZERO motorcycle and I could not be happier!

As soon as the new R1300 GS was presented I called Amy and she got my reservation done right the way. San Jose BMW is one of the biggest BMW dealer in North America and were among the first to receive the bike. The support was excellent, by organizing an amazing live presentation party at the dealer, where I had the chance to sit on the new bike and ask questions. My bike was one of the first to come and it had all I wanted. Amy was super nice and introduced me to spare part and service department. The dealer services are amazing and aligned with the quality you would expect from BMW. I strongly suggest to by your new bike there.
