I’ve always owned sport bikes, and have big love for Harley.
I did a lot of research as well as checked many locations.
San Jose Harley Davidson is the BEST!
Rush is my sales guy and has so much knowledge!
He was very kind & considerate of what would be best for me bike-wise as well as the financial aspect.
I’m tall, yet petite, and needed something I could handle well.
My friends & kiddos also played a big part in my selection, Ty crew!
I’m used to 600cc sport bikes, mostly rode my ZX6R, Yamaha Seca 2 FJ 600, and CBR250R.
Rush is a total expert, no pressure, super delightful, and made the entire experience effortless and super FUN!
Santana is BOSS as well!

I visited several dealerships, including multiple Harley-Davidson establishments and others. What truly stood out to me during my visits were the individuals and the overall experience. Terry, in particular, was an invaluable resource offering helpful information and truly wants his customer to be happy. His passion for riding was evident and appreciated. Gil impressed me with his utmost professionalism and likable demeanor. He diligently worked with me to reach a satisfactory price point and made sure my needs were accommodated. Lastly, Brandon handled all the paperwork and took the time to inform me about additional services and warranty options available, without any pressure. His primary concern was to ensure that as a buyer, I was aware of all the choices.

Unfortunately, after less than 250 miles, the motorcycle had a major problem. This is where customer service truly shines: after a sale. In short, Frank and his team went the extra mile to resolve the problem. They worked with corporate to identify the issue and find a solution and the resolution they provided is unquestionably the best outcome. The team at San Jose HD is exceptional, and my experience with them demonstrated their genuine care for their customers. They are undoubtedly a premier dealer who has earned my lifelong business. Not happy with service dept. They will charge you for work not done. And then try to rip you off with extra shit they make up. Will never bring my bike back to them. Poor customer service.
