LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THIS STORE IS ONE OF THE MOST CLEANEST AND PROFESIONAL STORES IVE BEEN TO. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND IS VERY UP FRONT ABOUT THINGS, THEY WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED. Wonderful employees, but Dan the manager is a snake in the grass. A reputable shop would tell you if something could be repaired before laying a finger on it. You use a ruler and measuring tool, that takes 20 seconds to tell. Dan cleaned the Cylinder Head, charged us $50 and told us, he couldn't repair it. Took it to NAPA, they repaired it and car has been running great ever since. We own a shop in Santa Cruz and would no longer trust this business.
