DON'T SHOP HERE!

Go to So Cal Honda Powersports in Carson, CA instead! For reference I purchased a Honda Metropolitan from So Cal Honda the week before shopping at Santa Maria Motorcycle. I had a lovely experience that had me looking to buy another bike. I tried reaching out to Santa Maria Motorcycle thinking the experience would be similar, it was not. Communication is non-existent, their text feature and web contact goes unanswered, in the end I just called them because I was tired of waiting.
The prices I found out are SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER at this dealership (see attached picture of a Ruckus). It's honestly worth the gas money to drive down to Los Angeles to buy the same bike for a much more reasonable markup. Santa Maria Motorcycle likes to "bait and switch" their prices as well. Mind you their prices are already higher than everywhere else, but $1,300 in "fees" on a two year old "marked down" Navi model is getting greedy.
In my case the sales representative ignored me and chatted up my friend instead. This was a stark difference from the personable and helpful staff at So Cal Honda.
The purchase experience is also terrible, Santa Maria Motorcycle will have you sign your name so many times you'll be thinking you're signing mortgage documents. So Cal Honda had about 8 signatures needed, not 20!
So save your money and your frustration and have a significantly better experience at a different dealership.
