Quality work at a fair price. Brought my outboard 250 here to get the starter replaced. Dylan recommend a replacement starter for my engine, ordered it in for me and the mechanics had me back up and running in less than a week.

Would recommend Sunset and ask for Dylan if you have any questions or concerns about your repair needs. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!

I had the best possible experience I could’ve had at this shop. I had a small 25hp outboard engine that wasn’t worth fixing, but they stopped what they were doing and did everything they could to help. Dylan and Jimbo are fair, honest, and are simply looking to help people out. They ended up selling me a different motor they had been working on at a very fair price, and I had my boat running again after just a few hours at the shop. Highly recommend their service and I will be taking all of my business to them from now on!

One of the most honest and down to earth group of people around. Been doing business here for many years and never not once have they done me wrong. I thought I had a major catastrophic issue with one of my motors and these folks here found the issue and it was not even close to being something that would require a repower even after I had 2 other shops in lower Alabama tell me the motor was no good. Third times a charm. Motor still runs like new today. Thank goodness we have honest techs here. Honesty is so important to me because if you’re not a true tech then you have to trust someone and these folks have earned my business for life and my utmost respect.

Been having a hard time sourcing a part for my 40+ year old motor, can find them online but never actually know what your getting. Called Sunset and had the part the next day, could have been same day if I hadn't gotten busy. Great customer service, fair pricing, and ofcourse LOCAL!
