We were excited to escape to this Beach Resort for a much-needed getaway. The ocean-view upgrade seemed promising, but unfortunately, our stay had several issues.

The first night was plagued by a persistent buzzing noise from the refrigerator, making it difficult to sleep. The room was also unusually warm, despite the cool December weather.

On the second day, we returned at 4pm to an unmade room, despite the “Service Please” sign. The elevator also malfunctioned. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, the fact that our room's door was left open and unattended during the room service time with our belongings inside was unsettling.

The most significant issue, however, was the noise disturbance from our neighbors. Their late-night party, with loud music and boisterous behavior, persisted until well past 1 AM. Despite calling security, the noise level only escalated. This was particularly frustrating as we were seeking a peaceful retreat.

While the hotel itself and its staff showed promise, these significant drawbacks overshadowed the positive aspects. Given our experience, we would not recommend Seascape Beach Resort to others. It’s a shame that such a beautiful location was tainted by these issues.

Our family stayed in Seascape resort for one night during our south Cal roadtrip. My colleague recommended this place. We came in December and it’s still pleasant as a getaway resort. It’s not a modern and trendy vacation resort but family friendly with great view. I’d recommend coming during summer time and book a room with sea view to get the most value out of your stay. We’ll come again

Beautiful property and amazing location!! They have three pools and a private beach. Service was really good, they have a golf cart to take you around the hotel and beach and was super convenient. Food at the restaurant was also good. Overall I would recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The location, the beach and isolated property were really nice! The front desk & shuttle staff were great! Marty and Juli went above and beyond to take care of our issues. The 1st room had ants and doesn't have A/C; couldn't sleep even with all windows open even on October. Some of the info on their site/TV isn't totally correct. They have a nice sports area where tennis and other lessons were free. A nice swimming pool. Overall a nice experience except the pricing that doesn't match the value. It's more of a time share with HOA and property manager with Ritz Carlton pricing!

The resort was incredible, and our stay was fantastic. We visited over the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and everything was flawless. They even upgraded our room upon request. We'll definitely be returning!

What is an amazing location with great amenities is dimmed mightily by the condition of the rooms. The rooms are very dated with poor upkeep. Some sort of mold/drywall issue in the bathrooms, rusty doors hinges and knobs, and even the screen door was just missing its handle.

The price is based on the location, the condition of the facilities do not match.

Amazing resort! You walk in to registration that has the most welcoming open feel. The waiting area has a large round seating with a massive bond fire burning in the middle. Friendly and courteous service. Beautifully angled walking paths down to the beach that is wide, smooth paved all the way to the beginning of the smooth silky, clean sand. Sparkling pool with lots of towels, lots of clean chaise lounges, with outdoor shower and feet wash to use just in case. A nice, elegant restaurant is right next to the pool with indoor and outdoor seating that has outdoor heaters for cooler evenings. If you like to be at the beach but need to be served at the same time; this is the resort to be at! This is the perfect glamp location, the perfect getaway location.

Great location and area. But, housekeeping threw away all our food, including 5 pints of ice cream we bought as gifts for family. Very disappointed in lack of integrity when knowing it was new and expensive ice cream!!!!
