I had a great experience buying my very first brand new car with Selma Honda. Mark worked with me on what I wanted and was very accommodating. Cristian helped me in store and was super helpful. The actual signing process took a little longer however that’s to be expected. I was happy they stayed a little late for me so I could drive off in my new vehicle. Worst dealership ever! I don’t recommend this place! HORRIBLE service! My family and close friends would never purchase a Honda again.
I purchased a used defective “CERTIFIED” 2018 Honda accord from them, I also purchased a 100,000 miles extended warranty (which I didn’t need because it was a certified vehicle) the car gave me a lot of problems since the beginning. While I was driving the car loose power and all of the dashboard lights were blinking. Putting my family’s life in danger. When I call them the first time about this problem Freddy told me it wasn’t anything bad that it was just the injectors were dirty. Three days after, the same problem happened I called Freddy and told him that the car didn’t get fixed by cleaning the injectors that I was doing the exact same thing and told him that I couldn’t risk my life again and drive the car like that. I finally took the car back to them November the 15th at around 8:30 am. This time Freddy told me it was the engine that was damaged and that I had to pay them almost 4 thousand dollars to get it fixed! MY CAR WAS UNDER 100,000 miles! Freddy told me that the Honda warranty or the extended warranty would not cover the parts of the engine that needed to be fixed. He then refused to gave me a receipt of what they did to my car that day! They never record it that I went that day in the cars maintenance history. I had to go to a different Honda dealer in a different city to get my car fixed 100% covered by Honda warranty because it was a certified vehicle under 100,000 miles. That’s how I find out they didn’t record my visit in the cars maintenance history November 15th 2024 from 8:30-11am.

I went in on Sunday Dec 1, 2024 already knowing what car I wanted. I was able to get THOUSANDS in incentives on a Honda Prologue lease and was offered a fair trade-in offer for my Honda Insight. We drove up from Bakersfield to Selma just to visit this specific Honda dealership.

Angel was able to help us out and we were in and out in about 2 hours. We had gone to another Honda dealership closer to home and they denied our application and weren't willing to help us out. further.

I am in love with my new car. This is the second car we purchase from Selma Honda, and we will definitely be going back.
