I bought my rebel here and have had nothing but great experiences getting my bike serviced. The crew inside are really nice. I wanted to thank the guy with the broken foot. He helped me pick out some good gear a while back. Very patient and chill.

Recently my bikes clutch went out on the 580 and these guys took it in same day. They are super busy and I got lucky they took it immediately. So thanks for that.

If anyone needs a great mechanic; talk to these guys. Especially if you have a Honda

I had a very disappointing experience in this place. The employee who attended me was the only one who spoke Spanish, an arrogant boy who showed a completely apathetic attitude, without a minimum of empathy towards the customer. It seemed that he had no interest in doing business or offering me the advice I needed.

In addition, prices are well above the market and the interest rates they offer are extremely high. I would not recommend anyone to visit this site. My experience was so negative that I’m not going to go back. Goodbye!

Please stay far away from this place. These people are crooks. I “RODE” my 08 GSXR to their shop for a recall and a tune up. These guys had my bike sitting there for a week with no call or updates after about a week I called them and asked him what’s going on. The guy at the service department tells me they’re busy. I understand that but at least call and let me know what’s going on. Eventually, they call me and tell me the prices. The prices were outrageous, So I just say just do the recall. They do the recall I go to pick my bike up and it wouldn’t even stay running. It would turn on and shut off automatically. I asked the guys what’s wrong with it. They look at me and say “was it like this when you came here”? I say “no I rode it here all the way from Oakland.” They look at me and say “ If you want us to take a look at it, we will have to charge you but hurry up because we are about to close.” So I leave the bike there they called me back With a $800 bill. And all they did was change the spark plugs That weren’t needed. I know this because they told me the spark plugs were still good but they changed them anyway. This Is what I believe to happend. They did something to my bike because I decided to only go with the ”FREE” recall service. So they wanted to get some money out of me some way. My bike only had 3k miles on it at the time. I know for a fact nothing was wrong with my bike and like I said I rode it to their shop and it rode perfect. I rode it dam near everyday before dropping it off to them it was good. These guy’s are crooks and unworthy please stay far away from this shop. If I could give negative stars I would.

Loved this place. The salespeople were incredibly helpful to me, a first time buyer and a relatively newer rider, as I was buying my first bike. They were able to get my registration sorted with the DMV and my bike licensed, so I could (legally) ride it straight home.

I plan to go back to get gear and service, as I’ve got nothing but positive things to say.

extremely professional. went here for my very first tune up and they were very forthcoming about price, time, etc. It is a little on the pricier side from what I've researched but they didn't add on any surprise fees or services. very knowledgeable and helpful staff as well

I went into SF Moto on a Saturday, the day after I got my motorcycle license. I had done a lot of research ahead of walking into the shop, and identified I wanted to check out various Cruiser style motorcycles the shop had on hand (Kawasaki, Harley and Honda).

The entire experience just felt strange to me. The sales person I spoke with was young, and after he realized I was not planning on purchasing a bike and just there to check out sizing (as I'm a 6'3" person), he completely lost interest in the conversation. It felt like he was there against his will, and was very short with any questions I had asked. He also repeatedly challenged my "research", almost as if he didn't believe me? When I told him I just wanted to look around the shop by myself, he departed.. but I was then approached by another staff member who hovered until I felt compelled to leave the store.

I understand they don't want random people moving and sitting on the bikes as they are super costly, but in my experience with the store (on this day) it just felt very aggressive towards "let's talk about what you are going to buy today". People want to just browse, and not feel pressured into speaking with a salesmen.

I'm hoping my experience is a one off, but sharing with others in the event you have options to go to different locations to shop motorcycles.

*One other thing to note. The prices listed on SF Moto site are drastically different than the prices you will pay for a bike out the door. There is "dealership markup", plus various fees. If a bike is listed on the site as $5999, expect to pay closer to $7999.

I’m going to start by saying buying from SF Moto was amazing! From to start to finish it was a super easy process due to the helpful and friendly staff. I have a very busy work schedule but the team at SF Moto worked with me which made the whole experience very memorable for my first motorcycle purchase! They even delivered the bike to me at work?! WHAT!? I didn’t even think that it was possible!! I want to give a special thanks to Teresa for her advice throughout buying the bike and to the manager Nancy for the follow up. I strongly recommend if they have a bike that you are looking for you give them a call. You will not regret it!
