Elevation 5627ft. At the very most tip top of the mountain but WORTH EVERY MOMENT to get here. My family comes here twice a year and its always more breathtaking than the last. I Love this place

Love the lake! I heared the recent Captain Marvel Movie was shot here. No wonder why because it is beautiful and not as crowded as the other famous lakes. Very scenic!

The boat was decent but screws were coming loose on the driver's seat and the sun shade. Staff was a little on the grumpy side. Maybe they hadn't had there coffee yet. Shaver lake was beautiful.

I didn't rent anything but went down and checked everything out real nice place feels reasonably priced beautiful lake. I hope my next trip up here i can go out on the lake the weather was great just ran out of time nice people too.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating, and hiking, if you love to do all of these, Shaver Lake is a perfect place to go.. Some people just leave their trash scattered around the lake so please make sure to pick after your self...also if you go by the at almost sundown, don't forget to put on mosquito repellant. Lots of mosquitos. You can rent a kayak or a boat. I don't know how much tho... Come and visit and have fun. There is a camp ground too but it's close right now due to Covid 19 but you can bring your tent for a day use only on the lake shore! Come and have fun!!!

We went last summer and it was the best experience of my life! We rented a boat for 2 hours, then a kayak for 30 mins. The staff is super friendly and prices were reasonable. Can’t wait to return with my family!

What a great trip. One hour roughly from Clovis/Fresno. There was at least 6 inches of snow on the ground. We went on 11/11 and it was covered in snow. Lots of restaurants in the area. The drive gets a bit dicey I would suggest driving in the day and not at night.

Cute lake side stop with lots of beach space. Great little spot to have lunch and take a dip in the lake. Vault toilets needed servicing, but otherwise pretty well kept.
