Not impressed By their level of service or lack there of service. I ordered a helmet online showed it was in stock. Got my confirmation. Never heard anything back. Called after six days Find out that the helmet was not available and I was just Going to get a refund of the purchase price. That is totally fine, but if I hadn’t called and followed up, I don’t think I ever would’ve heard back from the retailer. And coincidentally, why wouldn’t Steve who was helping me try and sell me another Helmet. From my One experience with Sierra BMW I cannot recommend them at this point. Apathetic service level. Possibly with the extra discount, they offered online it wasn’t worth them selling me the helmet. Very disappointing

I ordered a pair of side cases for my BMW at just over $1k. They put the metal lock cylinder parts loosely in the box with the painted side case. Tim in parts responded: "I am so sorry. Usually we never have any issues with shipping these out together. I will talk to my people in the shipping department." Thanks Tim, that makes me feel better that NO ONE ELSE will have a problem.

I purchased and Arai helmet online. With their advertised promo code the helmet was over $100 below retail price which made it the best price I found anywhere on the internet for the same helmet. The reason they lost a star and I only gave them 4 is because they do not stock the things they sell online, and they don't make that clear in the listing, so they had to procure the helmet from the distributor, which made it take a long time to ship. That being said, when I contacted them about the wait they replied quickly and explained the situation. 3 weeks later I received my helmet and I am satisfied with the purchase. If I am in a hurry I would want to go somewhere else, but if I can wait I would use them again for future purchase.

I placed an order for a kit they advertise more than 1 month ago. Parts never arrived. Then I call them and they say it is no longer available, so they just cancel and refunded me. The problem is that I wasted 1 month waiting and if I don't ask them, they don't follow up on the order. The feedback was, it is no longer available for the US, which is not true, but they rather end it than fix the order.
