Here is what to expect. Your order will take two months for delivery! I purchased a cs1 that was already put together and ready to go on August 29th. They didnt even get the bike to the shipping company until the 20th of September. Haulbikes “shipping company” emailed and said they will deliver it on the 23rd of October at the earliest!!! Are you kidding!?! I contacted the ceo of sierra electric motorcycles multiple times canceling my order which I still hadn’t received a tracking number and could do so with no penalty. He danced around the topic and never cancelled the order even though I said I’m officially canceling the order. How does a bike that’s put together and ready to go take 2 months?!? Don’t rely on the terms of service or cancellation policy, they simply ignore them and you. Run Away!!!!!!!

Called and spoke with justin originally invoice was sent over within the hour, but ended up changing my order about ten times which requires 10 invoices to be made, and through it all he was equally attentive kind curtius and prompt to all my questions and concerns. I'm from florida and text him about 8 my time with a stupid question not realizing it was only 5 his time he replied to my text within 5 mins of receiving it, firstly answering my question then letting me know he won't be in the office for another 5hrs that it was only 5 a.m. his time but he will update me asap.. this guy eat breathes and sleeps supiorior customer service.. literally.. greatly appreciate his time as well as javier and nick a few of his associates great people highly recommend this business.. there customer service alone will supersede all your expectations..
