Ordered twice, several years apart. Both times, they charged me and then waited more than a month to ship the products. I guess they conveniently don’t specify what they have in stock and that it is back ordered. Scummy business practice. Avoid if you can.

Sierra Motorcycle Supply has some items in stock, and the rest of the inventory listed on their website is all drop ship, some with HUGE delays. BE FOREWARNED. This is practice is usual for the industry, but Sierra Motorcycle Supply has horrible inventory control and customer service. I ordered three items for my BETA motorcycle on July 27. One item came within a week, the remaining two (a fender and brake clevis) took 42 days to arrive. There was no communication from Sierra, no reply to my customer service email sent on September 25. BETA parts used to be hard to source, but not so anymore. I have no reason to shop here anymore and will rely on more reliable and established online businesses such as RMATV. I'm sorry I had to write this, but Sierra Motorcycle Supply needs a wake up call.

Parts were supposedly in stock, paid for express shipping and only received a partial order. Turns out the other wasn’t in stock. Ordered again shortly after and wouldn’t you know, another partial order coming! No return phone call and no response to my email. Ordered over $1,400 in parts and only 3 are coming. What a joke. We order parts express when we NEED them, not to wait forever for something. 🤡

I'm unimpressed so far. Parts were ordered and my credit card was charged. When the order was placed we were led to believe the parts were in stock. Then we get an email saying approximately two weeks. Now we have been told it will be an additional two weeks. It’s frustrating, especially since my card has been charged. And still no parts.
