The staff is very friendly and helpful! They saved the day when the place I had reserved a trailer for 9 am wasn't going to open until 2 in the afternoon. They had the one I needed and held it for me. Had me on the road just minutes later than I was shooting for. I highly recommend them!

This place was a 4 star rating however the old owners are no longer there. The bald guy aka general manager is rude without any customer service skills. He refused to give me the new owners info and was being very difficult. I’m sure I’m not the first person to experience his unprofessionalism.

My unit was broken in too today and for some reason the manager told me the cameras only went back a week and didn’t want to look back at the footage. No point filing a police report seeing they wouldn’t have had anything to go off of. Very disappointed at the way the manager handled the situation. I felt as if she thought I was lying. My lock wasn’t tampered. I noticed immediately once I opened the storage unit that my things were scattered about and I was missing things. Still have no idea how they got into my unit. Either picked the lock then re locked it once done. Or maybe took down one of the paneling walls connecting to my unit. After asking the manager if I could contact the owner she refused to give any information as to whom it was. Either way I do not recommend storing anything at this facility.

Convenience is an essential little know as a hop skip and a jump sort of speak U-Haul truck rental able to rent lease always available as needed lady works there is generous, polite, mostly assures is she has the right U-Haul available for rental.
