5 stars rating to Izzi, Matthew and David. Nice and friendly staff. I booked a Mini Cooper Convertible, but there was not available in the branch when I pick up. Izzi offered me an upgrade to BMW 4 Series Convertible. This is the third continuous month I rent with Sixt Fisherman Wharf. Really enjoy renting with this branch.

Izzi have been very nice and friendly thought out the whole check in process.

I booked a BMW Z4 online, but when I arrive the brunch only have Mini Cropper S is available. I really want the Z4, Izzi helped me to arrange to pick up at other brunch. Finally he offered me a mini copper s to drive to another brunch to pick up my Z4. It really made my day.

Recommend to ask Izzi for help😃

Ps. I came here a day ago, but because of some credit card issues I can’t pick up the car yesterday, that staff didn’t have good patience and attitude. Wasn’t a good experience compared with Izzi.

Sixt had been my favourite rental company among these years. I rent with Sixt all around the world. Overall is very good except some staff not really friendly.

Had a very pleasant and top notch experience. Booked a compact car with very short notice and happily ended up with a newer Mini Cooper convertible. The representative, Matthew, was incredibly helpful and kind and made the process smooth and quick. I’ve had a handful of bad car rental experiences and this was the type of experience I hope for when booking at a new place. Will absolutely rent again next time I’m in town!

People who go above and beyond what normative Customer Service) seemingly has turned to be. They are wonderful. I have a Car subscription through them and I specifically go out of my way to use this branch because the people make it worth while. I look forward to getting a new car whenever I want, they make sure the car is there they accommodate you I’m handicapped and so they have bent over backwards. I cannot explain how happy I am that I actually was lucky enough to find a car service such as this particular branch I hate to put it on blast like this because it may turn into them being even busier and it would probably be a detriment to me in other customer service situations. But I have no doubt that they are well equipped and also they are the example of what Customer Service) and guest relations. Bravo. I look forward to seeing him every time I go. The prices are incredible models of all the vehicles are high-end cars for the same price as you get the sub standard at the company that starts with the E.
