Snider's needs better customer service. The older man that came up to me in the store today did not look like an employee nor acted like one. When I asked him for his name he rudely replied, "It's not important". I told him that yes, he's important and when asked again, he replied, " It doesn't matter, we're all a team here." Very short response and to me, who has been in customer service for over 40 years, very unprofessional. I then waited for another employee, a young lady who was no help as well. I've been a customer with Snider's when they were on Baker Street and my dad had a automotive business a few door down from them. I got my first bike from Snider's. I will never go back to them. Gee' and I was in the market for new bikes. Sorry Snider's, i'll take my business elsewhere.

Took in a wheel for alignment, never received any updates through phone and still bad, now the wheel bearing is making noise... Kinda suspicious but not going back, took 2 weeks longer then agreed and wheel came back worse. Got a new tube though. 😑

Some of the best customers service I have had in a long time. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Easily picked out my bike and had a rack installed the same day for a very small fee. They even delivered the bike to my home for me for free. You just dont get service like this anymore, we will be back. They made a new customer out of me today.

Hands down the best bike shop in Bakersfield. I ride both full mountain and BMX bikes. Sniders is the best place to go for parts and service. I’ve recently moved here and have tried Action Sports but had issues with part variety and express service. I’ve tried Finish Line Cycles as well and was given the cold shoulder when I asked if I bought a chain could they put it on right now. Every time I visit Sniders they do the work on my bike immediately. Highly recommend for part variety, service and complete bikes.

The locksmith's are good old fashioned locksmith's. They actually know keys and locks not just key fobs. I went to 5 different 'vans' around town to have keys made for my 1964 corvair with no luck at all. Came here and they had it knocked out in 2 minutes.

Great customer service! Got what I needed and more. Olivia is one stunning woman that knows her bikes and gears. Will definitely recommend and will be coming back again. Thank you guys at Snider's for helping me put my custom bikes together.

I went in to see if they had a tire for my Electra bike. They did! They have a lot of Electra accessories, seats, grips, bells, lights etc.

Their SW store closed during COVID and that really sucked. I mean it was a disappointment. I've always gone to Snider's, for as long as I can remember.

The girl who helped me was a bit stand offish...but I think they have a lot of grab and runs. She came and asked to take what I had picked to buy to the front. I found some grips and asked about a dog walker you attach to your bike.

At that point she relaxed a little. Just had to speak to her and let her know I was actually there to buy stuff.

Anyways, I love Snider's and as long as they are in business I will continue to go there. I would recommend this business to everyone!
