Top-notch Harley location. Great service department, quality parts, fun accessories and apparel. The staff are super helpful and nice. The store is impeccably clean and there's a variety of stuff to shop. Got a great jacket. Easy parking right out front.

It was a great pleasure buying my Motorcycle here, everyone was awesome, they treated me with respect and professionalism, thumbs up for Derek for walking me through the entire process of ordering my beautiful anniversary bike, as well as the apparel desk guys for helping me to pick and choose some of my riding clothes. Overall the whole team is awesome I personally recommend this place.

From the service department, to parts, apparel, and the sales floor, the staff is awesome! My experience dealing with each department while purchasing my new Pan America was great. Derek and Wayne from sales are very welcoming and knowledgeable. With a no pressure environment, it was fun being able to build the bike before ordering it. While waiting for my preordered bike the staff kept good communication and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I definitely recommend purchasing your new Harley from this location!!

It's a small, "Mom and Pop" owned Harley dealer, with really friendly staff and most importantly... MSRP pricing!! Forget those high dealer mark ups at other H-D dealers owed by big car corporations. I bought an excellent used Harley here, and they treated me very well.

Friendly, helpful, may be doing business with them soon,,well it's been since last Saturday since Sonoma county harley davidson and I started my first new customer experience....had a couple issues with billing stage one kit for my super low sportster ..air intake exaughst kits. After I was quoted for it and paid In Full. i was told by phone that the air cleaner cover and exaughst tips were not included.that i would have to pay 175,00 for air cleaner cover and 100.00 for the exaughst tips after the fact, so I accepted over the phone ,miscommunication per haps. I went ahead and authorized additional work and made a total just parts and labor aprox2600.00 and spent in store 600.00 plus ...i was over on my budget by 300.00.. .so I went down to confirm exactly what I was paying for and service manager when I asked him about the intake and exaughst kit if the cover and tips here not part of the kit said I guess not..or something like that.. he just said before he swipe my card for i paid in full again weather Frank charge me for wheigts on my bikes wheel balance after I just got done spending 3300.00.. its not the amount that concerns me it's the principal. If they had told me before I got the stage one kit that tips and cover were additional I would have done it any way but left me with the feeling I was double dip on me. They did mention and quoted me with savings on other things they did on the bike and I dont doubt the quality and workmanship will be great. So I picking up my bike tomarrow . See how the quality of work and and the performance is of my bike when i pick it up.Nit pick over cost of weights after I spent 3300.00 that didnt makeme too happy..i just need to know I'm dealing with an honest shop so i can trust them and refer my brothers to them..so my review post will change based on how it goes tomarrow .then my review will go up or down after tomorrow.so I just got done picking up the bike. I'm super happy with the quality of parts and super happy on the workmanship..thanks guys, you've earned my trust..have a super day

These guys were awesome. Came and talked to me right after I walked through the door, were more than willing to answer all of my questions but weren't pushy about trying to get a sale. A great experience.
