Took my 2023 Ninja 400 to get custom domino grips installed. I called them up and was able to drop off the bike same day. The work was done quick, and done right. Customer service was great, super chill guys. Definitely trust them with my bikes. I will be going back again.

I brought my bike in for a check up since I just bought it. He gave it its first service and oil change. It's close to home so I was able to ride my bike there as a beginner. A little tricky to find if you follow Google. It's easier to reach from Gramercy and Harper's way. Don't let Google take you all the way around the block. I had to take Western back to it which made me a little nervous but I am fine! I loved the shop and customer service. He arranged everything by text message which made it super convenient, and I didn't feel judged for being a beginner! 🙂

Extremely unprofessional service. Called to make an appointment for a simple tire change. Was told to call back the following week to set up appointment. I called back as instructed was told there was no appointments available, but that I could leave my bike there at 9 am and might, again I say “might”, be ready by 6 pm. Ridiculous service practice.

I called Brandon with concerns about my bike. He walked me through all the possibilities and answered any questions I had over the phone. He set up a realistic price range and time frame to expect the repairs to take. Right from the start I felt comfortable leaving my bike with him to get tuned up and fixed. He even called me during the process to tell me what he had found and what he wanted to do to fix it to work the best possible way. Even with the additional work, the repairs cost about as much as I had expected based off of our initial conversation. I 100% recommend this business and will take my bike there if ever I need more help. My bike runs like new again! Thank you so much!
