Great dealership! No pressure sales here just a relaxed atmosphere where each employee rides a motorcycle. A true dealership. Knowledgeable sales staff. Great selection of bikes. Awesome service department! I purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn Stealth Black. Love this bike! The highly skilled Service Department was able to install a tripper navigation system OEM from Royal Enfield which I was able to locate from a reliable vender in India on EBay. I was so happy with this bike that I returned and purchased a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 customized by British Customs. Awesome bike! Great fit for me! My sales rep Robert Burns took great care of me. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. Larry is the best salesperson you could ask for! Larry is super professional and very knowledgeable, but most importantly... not pushy. Even the service department people were great, guys like Chad and Jose make you wanna come back for every regular service, or even if you're having problems with your bike. Albert and Dylan in accessories go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Everyone at this dealership treats you like family. Highly recommended! John and Chris are great, do ask for them! These guys are amazing and willing to work with your budget and needs! As a new rider I was hesitant about riding back 40 miles through freeways and they offered to have it delivered SAME DAY. The entire purchase process was super fast I was in and out in an hour (I also purchased some gear here and got a full run down of the bike from John). They are very thorough, professional and personable. They don’t just try to put the hard sell on you, they try to get you on what suits your taste and preferences and do everything possible to meet your circumstance! Also they have a huge selection and many of the limited editions! Definable check them out!

Ouch!! I just laid down a few hundred bucks for necessary repairs. But hey... ain't nothin' free in life.
Fortunately the shop manager Chad was informative and professional throughout the process. Though I grew up on dirtbikes I have only been on road bikes for 10,000 miles. So it is cool to know that the whole staff is friendly and patient with newbie questions.
Year 2002 Triumph Bonneville T100 bought used for $3,000 elsewhere.
I had a chain replacement, stuck oil plug swap out, oil change, wiring repair to rear signals and brake lights.
They also gave me a fair estimate for a carburetor service if I want to throw down some more cash later for a non-emergency repair that would potentially make the bike run better. No pressure.

I'm not one to leave negitive reviews but this time i was very dissapointed. i brought my bike for a new kickstand replacement and rear brake adjustment and bleeding. when they were finally finished about 3 weeks later, i went to pick up my bike which had a dead battery, very dirty and missing left side faring fasteners. when i asked the tech guy if he can add the fastners that wre missing, he tells me that the way i brought it in. I would never ride with missing fastners plus why would he even consider letting me leave the shop without doing a safety check on my bike before i even showed? so he relutantly found some fastners and put them on. I jump started my bike paid and left. on my way home the right side fairing ripped of my bike on the freeway. i have been riding this bike for years without removing the fairings so why now would one fairing loosen up and rip off while riding. I am lucky i didnt crash or the fairing hit a car behind me. When i called the shop and explained wait had happen, they said i can but a new one for $1000.00. not even willing to work with me and assist me knowing they were the last mechanics to touch my bike. Very dissaponted.

I went into this dealer yesterday looking for a Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro. John was able to set me up on a bike to test drive, starting with the Tiger 900. Being able to test drive the bike was excellent, and not commonly accessible same day. John answered all of my questions, and showed me a used model of the same 900, which I ended up purchasing.

Additionally, they not only had the accessories I wanted in stock, but were able to install them same day. Having dealt with several other dealers in the past, it was a pleasant surprise to not have to wait multiple weeks to have the bike equipped with what I wanted.
