I knew the prices that they have online is too good to be true. They will charge you with all kinds of fees they made up from thin air. Basically they put a bike on sale online just to recover all that money back up on bogus fees. Scammers!

Bought two bikes from them and wanted to put a seat cowl on my bike. The sales person said they had them in stock and he would finish prepping the bike while I got the part from the parts department. My son had given me a Visa gift card and used it to purchase the cowl. When they gave me the part I told them it looked to be the wrong size for the bike. Walked outside and confirmed it with the sales person. Walked back to parts and told them it was the wrong one. I was than informed they could not give me my money back since I used a gift card and could only give me a store credit for the $120.00. Not happy at all and will never do business with them again!

Bought my Royal Enfield Himalayan Jan 1st, 2020. Was an easy peasy deal. Missing a star as staff doesn't deliver messages on time but no biggie as I ended up being at the showroom before the message was delivered.

Don’t buy jackets from this dealer! I bought a brand new Royal Enfield jacket costing over $200 and I only had it a week and the zipper broke. I took it back to the dealer and he told me there was nothing they could do! I was not happy at with their customer service!
