Southern mud beat the price of any other dealer within a 12hr drive of where I live by a very considerable amount. If you don’t want to deal with corporate salesmen, or price gouging local stores, southern mud is your place! They’re professional, fair, and honest. I cannot rate Dustin and the rest of the crew at southern mud highly enough.

I have to tip my cap to the certified Yamaha Outboards technicians at Southern Mud Sports . They did a fine job converting my boat from a 50 hp Merc 2 stroke to a 60 hp Yamaha 4 stroke. Definitely not an easy conversation however they got it right! I have completed the 10 hr break-in and the motor has performed flawlessly. The only critiques that I have are 1) a periodic update via phone or text on progress would've been appreciated and 2) there were a couple of minor things I had to take care of (bent sonar bracket, an ant colony had to be delt with). Other than that, the repower work done is excellent. I feel like I'm driving a brand new boat! If you need a repower and want it done right, Southern Mud Sports is the place to get it done!

I made the drive from South Florida and dealt with salesman Dustin. Top notch customer service he even face timed me to show me different boat models in stock before i made the 500 mile drive. Upon arrival i met with the owner and Dustin. Both super friendly and down to earth southern gentlemen. Boat paperwork was ready upon my arrival and no time was wasted as the boat motor and trailer was brought out to my truck. I would recommend getting a quote from Dustin before buying elsewhere.
