I love Specialized Auto! Michael Eshom did a great job taking care of my Mini Cooper - and me.😁 Oil change, free tire rotation, washed and good to go - and then it wouldn’t turn over. Michael went out and did troubleshooting and discovered that the battery in my key Fob needed replacing. And he did that at no extra charge. Just outstanding service, all around. You’re welcome

I'd like to name Tyler my service writer as exceptionally adept at his profession, with excellent customer service skills. Knowledgeable in his presentation, and true and correct at final billing. My F150 repair was not simple nor inexpensive. He and Specialized understood my level of experience and spoke within it.
My heavy mechanic Gil was excellent! Seasoned, open about the removal and it's boo boos. Specialized managed and took care of all of it.
Super pleased, very happy.
Oh and while this is going on.. I needed my sons girlfriends car needed fixing after another shops hashing...we got all the service and repair we could ask for
