Hello, I bought a lovely R1 here and was excited to get her home only to find that they didn’t fill the gas tank as promised. Upon getting home and going for another ride we lost an entire fairing only to find that the bolts were all hand tightened. When messaging them about this issue I received no response on the matter. While I still love my bike I fear these are safety concerns and things I didn’t think I’d have to worry about as the staff seemed trustworthy and kind. On an $18k motorcycle I hoped for a little more care and attention to detail. (This was a photograph I took while stranded on the side of the highway waiting for my boyfriend to bring us some gas for our empty tank 30min into the drive home.)
Edit: While I appreciate the offer to make this whole I feel it is not necessary as we filled the tank and tightened all of the bolts ourselves when we got home (and are buying a new bolt and fairing). The main point of this review is to showcase that this is an issue we experienced that we do not believe we should’ve dealt with. It could have been much more dangerous and we feel that the dealership just needs to take better care within the service department.

Came in for another bike from this place and I love the massive selection they always have. Mike has helped each time but this time I also worked with Greg. The 2 made sure I got on a super badass Harley and rode home happy. Over an hr ride home and the bike was a ripper and showed no signs of stopping. No issues so far. I ride the bike over 100miles round trip to work 5 days a week and over 150 miles on my days off. Been a week now and over 800 miles and zero issues with the bike. They ensured me if I had any issues I could contact them and bring the bike in to get looked at. But so far no issues. I couldn’t be happier with my purchased….my new to me bike is perfect for me 🦾

It's been about 9 months now and about 7k miles in my new 19 gsxr 600. Sale was easy and transparent. Bike no problems . Would definitely buy another bike once mine is paid off. Also they offer to pay for motorcycle safety course. I would take advantage for the new riders.

My friend just bought a bike from you guys and there was a couple things wrong with it. I brought it in to get it fixed since I purchased a warranty. The advice from the technicians did not give me the proper answers that made me feel comfortable when they say that the bike was already fixed. I came and picked it up and the issue is still there, even though they said that they addressed it They say they are Kawasaki certified mechanics or technicians I say bull.
