Scam artists! I am a local mechanic and I took my perfectly good car in here recently to get smogged. It was looked over by my team before bringing it in and passed a full pre-smog inspection. When i got my results back from SeeDee oil change, I got back the most insane results. They told me for $200 bucks they could do a diagnosis and look into it. Then they told me if I figure it out on my own I can bring it back in and get it resmogged for half price. I took the results to another local smog shop and they told me “these results look like they took out your MAF sensor, but it says everything passed visual inspection”. He popped the hood and lone behold, my mass airflow sensor had been pulled out just enough to throw a faulty reading. He told me it was the oldest trick in the book. I called them back, and they told me to bring it back the next day for a half price re-smog. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I fixed the “problem” and brought it back the next day. They told me it was going to be full price again since my car was too old, company policy. It seems no one working there at the time was aware of that policy… right… absolute scam artists. Save yourself the trouble and go to California smog or Sierra smog on highway 49.

First time here, great oil change service. They had me out the door within 30 minutes. I found their recommendations were honest and they were not pushy with upsells. If you're not using their $10 off coupon on their website, you're doing it wrong.

Becarefull of this store! My wife had her oil changed here and they forgot to reconnect a hose to the pvc valve. While the manager fixed it, it was shoddy service no matter how you slice it. This has never happened to us before and it is unacceptable for a professional shop to screw up like this. What else have they done wrong? I don't recommend speedy lube.

We came with our new (used) Lexus and SpeeDee helped us purge all maintenance neglect left by the previous owner. It seemed to be running fine when we pulled up to the line (which was running out into the street) and after Steven was done working his magic, it seemed like we were driving a new car off the lot! Excited to have a new car, and we are relieved to have an expert team to keep it running for many miles to come. Thank You SpeeDee!

HORRIBLE!! Do not take your vehicles here unless you want it to be in worse shape than when you brought it in! I took my car for a simple oil change. I just changed my air filter, and never had issues with my battery before! I was told my air filter was filthy, and my car was dying the second they got in in the booth. The “mechanic” told we My battery was reading at 250 when it should be 500 and that I needed it replaced. I told him to put back my filter and the battery was fine. He gave me attitude and told me not to turn my car off or else it would die. I paid and went to my next stop which my car wouldn’t start. I had to call friends and get jumped. I ended up taking my car to Reibes for a battery check; and it was reading at 510, and fully charged with my terminals a little loose. Which means Speedee sabotaged me with my battery terminals. I will not be returning and never recommending this shady place of business to anyone!! I clearly had car seats in the car and was still sabotaged, Heartless money hungry business….

Great people. Friendly..... caring and honest. They even sent me a picture of my air filter since I had to leave my car. I appreciate the communication during the service and the suggestions they seen during the inspection. Highly recommend and will be returning soon.

Went to Speedee for oil change and 3 days later my car started making a knocking noise and it was a quart and a half low on oil, i do NOT recommend getting your oil changed there!

I drive for a living, so I inspect my vehicles at least once a week. I always make sure that my tire pressures and fluids are on point.
It was a hot day in Auburn. The customers had to wait outside. There was shade, a big oscillating fan that didn't do much and a sanitizing stand provided. I only had to wait about 20 minutes, but after 10 minutes on the road, my tire light came on. Once I got to my next pick up, I looked and saw that my tires were obviously under-inflated.
After dropping off my customer, I aired up my tires properly at a gas station. That was over a week ago. I haven't had time to find a tire shop, to have them turn off my tire sensor. I can't do it with my code reader. This is so annoying.
