I've used Spiteri's every so often. They're pricey, but the quality of work they do as well as customer service is hands down worth the money. They're the ONLY service shop that pointed out that I needed to have my transmission oil changed, and my cars performance improved immediately. Special shout to Lawrence, you do great work brother!

Chris was so helpful and the staff was as well. I had a significant issue with my car heater core. The dealership quoted me $3600 to replace and repair. after our business' van broke down one evening, aaa towed it to spiteri's and we utilized the after-hours key drop, which was very convenient! someone from the shop called the next morning to get a rundown of the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot, update us, and perform the approved repairs. the van continued to have intermittent issues so we brought it back and spiteri's demonstrated integrity by doing more digging and fixing under warranty and even kindly removed some paint scratches from a run in with a yellow post lol so far the van is running great!

i've also brought my personal car here and had an equally pleasant experience. my audi was having heater issues and the dealership wanted to charge me two hours of labor ($650) just to diagnose the problem. i said no thank you and turned to spiteri's instead. cris thoroughly explained to me the troubleshooting they did, which included code scans and physical inspections, as well as referencing audi's bulletin of known issues. they were able to pinpoint the problem and, with approval, started to chip away at the sludge that was causing my heater to fail. i unfortunately couldn't leave my car at the shop for multiple days so spiteri's had to cut their work short and i made the call to forgo any future repairs since this car is on its way out anyhow. they said ok no problem, we understand, you're all set...the shop basically gave me courtesy diagnostics and labor! i was shocked but that's just how they roll at spiteri's. it's so nice knowing there's a shop out there with integrity and goodwill that looks out for their customers. five stars, i'd definitely return!

Pretty happy with the staff and the work they performed on my Audi A4. I took my car here for a second opinion after the dealer quoted me for about $10k worth of repairs, half of it for a camshaft leak reseal. There was some oil residue but I didn’t see any oil leak on neither my driveway nor other areas of the engine. The staff took my car in and informed me that while I should continue to monitor the area, they didn’t see a leak either. They were also able to fit me in for the other necessary repairs for about two-thirds of the dealer’s estimates.
