An axle on my boat trailer broke 4 hours from home, and I was pretty desperate for help. (My boat requires a specialized axle because of the shape of the hull and the weight).

They put it all together and shipped it halfway across the country, it was there within 5 days. (Just after a holiday weekend).

I must have emailed and called them five or six times, they were very patient and helpful. It's rare to find someone who's good at trade work and also customer service.

I would highly recommend them!

My trailer was built and ready by the original quote date. I picked up my new trailer from their facility in Patterson on September 29,2020 and the Burgundy color gives my older boat a new look again. Just had my 2nd interaction with SBT in a couple years with a 20 year old trailer and couldn't be happier with the customer service. Wayne was able to identify the modded brake package correctly via an MMS picture and that then allowed me to get the correct brakes (as I sat inside an auto parts store desperately trying to identify the correct pads!)

The previous interaction was similar; I was at Home Depot to buy a socket to remove the trailing arms on the axle and realized I forgot to measure the nut size. They quickly gave me the correct size and saved the day. I feel bad for others, but my experience has been nothing be "above and beyond" customer service. Thank you, SBT!!

Bought a boat with an sbt trailer in which i had a few questions for. I tried calling only to get a rude woman who attempted to answer my questions but once she couldnt..i was told her boss was busy and would call me back. 3 days later nada... oh well plenty of other dealers out there.

Customer service is not Barbara strong suit. Very rude woman. Boat dealers buying from her company really surprise me, because how rude she is to the drivers and customer that have bought boats from dealers that had issues and had tried to deal with her. Sad bitter lady.
