I had ordered a load of parts from from these guys and a couple of the parts were incorrect. The customer service was absolutely top notch. I emailed them and no shit in less than 5 min responded back to me and helped me get the exchange of parts sorted out. Great company and stand up people in the customer service department.

Outstanding selection and incredible customer service. It also just feels extra cool to support a long-standing family owned small business like this. Denise is a wonderful owner to deal with and her father Kirk before her was too. I know that they will always have the parts that I need for Sportster, and will get them to me quickly. Plus, they are really good with answering questions that I have. I will be a Sporty Parts customer for life!!

Absolute garbage. I ordered a taillight cover from the website, only to have my order canceled days later when I was expecting the package to arrive. Not only did they cancel my order, but didn't even tell me why, I had to reach out to them. After getting my refund I was charged again for the same amount. So not only am I out the taillight cover, they stole my money on top of it right before christmas. Stay away from these con artist's.

The bad reviews made me worried about getting my parts on a timely manner but they ended up being delivered days before the original date. I had a question if my payment went through and second ring a lady picked up and said it was all good. Will order again from them.

Love sporty parts!! Denise and Kirk have been helping me for years! It's a small family owned business run by a couple employees. They were able to help me source all the parts I've needed through the years for my and my boyfriends little army of sportsters. Occasionally shipping may take a bit when they have to order me something for my old bikes as not everything can be kept in stock but it always arrives in great condition and if something is wrong they are quick to help! I would have lost my mind building my ironhead if not for these wonderful peeps. Just keep in mind it is a small business so they will get to you as quick as they can.

First off I want to give a big kudos to Sporty parts for their quick response to an issue that I was having with a Dyna Tech part. They spoke with me on the phone and were very helpful with the trouble shooting and return of the defective part. Sent out a new one with fast shipping and emails letting me know the process every step of the way. Tracking info was emailed as soon as the package was shipped. I will be glad to purchase more parts from SportyParts again. In fact I will be in need of a kick start rebuild kit soon. Thanks SportyParts for a smooth transaction.
