Stopped by today and had a great experience with Spyderpops himself (Mr. Clark) and his son. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience they both have in reference to these fine machines..! We had a great time with great conversations with both ..! We will definitely be back.

I called Spyderpop to advise him of the different issues that were occurring with my 2013 can am spyder rt. I advised him , 1. The spyder is stiffening in turns which is my main concern. He advised me that it could be that the battery posts are not tight enough. I tightened them myself, then advised him That I would still like to bring the Trike to him to confirm that Actually was the issue. 2. I advised him that it’s making a loud noise and also shaking badly when I come to a stop. 3. I advised him that it’s starting to get stuck in different gears even when I stop. He told me that I could bring the spyder in for them to look at it. We made an appointment then I called back to confirm that they would be able to check every inch of my trike to diagnose everything that would need to be fixed on it. He said yes and that there was no charge to diagnose it. I took the spyder to him he advised me that one big issue was that my brakes and rotors were completely gone. Also that it need bushings and an alignment. He gave me a price and I advised him I wouldn’t be able to pay all of that together. He told me the bushings and alignment can wait and that more importantly we would need to fix the brakes and rotors immediately. He gave me a price of $511.73. He kept my trike for 2 full weeks then called me today, September 4, 2020 to advise me that the spyder was ready. When I got there my trike would not start. They had to jump start it. It’s in the policy that they make sure that it is drivable before the customer takes off. After getting it started, I attempt to leave But it was so stiff in the turn that I could barely move it. I advised Spyderpop that it was barely turning. His response was that because it is a computer operated vehicle, whenever the battery dies it takes a little time for everything to kick back into gear and that I will be fine after riding it home which is 1 hr and 20 minutes away from his shop. He advised me that the battery charges itself and that once it’s charged back up I’ll be able to turn it. 1 hr after riding it, it was still almost impossible to turn so I called Spyderpop to let him know that the issue I was having before originally bringing it had worsened. He then advised me of the different things that it COULD be. I stated to him that was my reason for leaving my trike with him for TWO WEEKS. For him to do an entire diagnosis on my spyder so that I can see how much it would be to fully repair it. He said it would be $1600 if it’s an issue with the steering system and to bring it back. After I had already driven it an hr and a half home because he ASSURED me that it was safe to. I told him it is not drivable it is in worse condition that when I originally brought it to him weeks ago he had no response and did not offer me any type of assistance or recommendations. I advised him that I have to use vacation time to work with his business hrs. He said I can come drop it off on Saturday and leave the key but no one would be there to receive it as he does not operate during weekends. He then said it will take nearly another month as he will be going on vacation. I have been severely inconvenienced by this company and my life was put at risk at the advice of the owner. He refuses to give me a payment plan after assuring me that my trike was road Ready when it actually wasn’t because they didn’t do the complete diagnosis like they assured me that they would. He advised me that he would call me back around 4:00pm today (September 4, 2020) with a conclusion in what could be done. It is now 6:58pm cst. He will be closed for 3 days and won’t be able to do anymore work to it until after he returns from his vacation which is after the 16th of September. I have given $512 with being promised that my trike was road ready and still cannot drive it after spending this amount. Please help.

I purchased a highmount brake light with strobe function, turn and tail light for my wife's 2018 Spyder RT Limited. It was very easy to install with the plug-n-play harness and instructions that came with it. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, the items were delivered promptly and as stated on their site. Would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. It was the first time I used them and wasn't aware the they close the shop several times a year to go to Spyder rallies! But very happy to see them so into customer service!

Spyder pop's is one of only two shops I will let work on my Spyder. They are honest and trustworthy. There prices are better than any dealership. They just finished maintenance on my RTL. Ready to ride.
