I went in today with my grandkids trying to spend quality time with them. So, what better than that?!add some fresh, cool drinks. We'll unfortunately the young lady that helped us was rude and looked as if she hated her job.

Used to go here almost every day. Recently I’ve noticed that drinks I’ve been getting forever don’t taste right. The last two times I’ve been in I’ve ordered hot coffee and there was no cup sleeve. This past time I ordered a cafe mocha and got no whipped cream at all when the drink comes with whipped cream. Just wondering when service and quality here went so far down.

The Staff here are Awesome! They are always friendly, laugh at my lame jokes, and listen when I bore them with details from my life! They definitely don't get paid for the therapy services they provide! 😂

I went to Starbucks today and ordered an Iced Carmel Frappuccino and proceeded to make my 35 minute drive home. About halfway through my drive I sucked something up through the straw of my Frappuccino. Initially I figured it was some type of fruit or something that got mixed in by accident. I rolled it on to my tongue and picked it out of my mouth because it tasted weird (sour/bitter). It was a fly! I almost barfed driving down the road and was not about to drive all the way back to Emporia. I will never go there again. So gross!

Starbucks is a treat for me. It isn't something I get every day or even every month. I know *insert gasp here*. However, we stopped at one when we were shopping & got this special they were having recently. When I was in Emporia today, I thought my kid would enjoy it.

So, I took my kid and his girlfriend to get a specialty drink I had in Wichita. They did not have the same specialty, but the batista was willing to try & replicate it. While the drink was not the same one I had at home, it was sooooooo good I'd order it again. . I included the photo of the one I got in Wichita. The one from Emporia was all purple.

I actually forgot to bring my wallet this morning. I'm done with the fact that I can't pay for my drink. But the military receptionist was so kind to me this morning, I was touched by it. She offered to give me a glass of my water for free. But I refused and ran to get my money. She is really nice and responsible. I love this place. I will move to another state to live. I hope she stays always like that

Sat 3/10/24 - around noon. Not impressed. Coffee as always was good. The young man behind the counter (Conner?) was smiley and friendly. We went inside for a black coffee and a small Frap. Yes, there was a line of cars in the drive through. However, we waited and waited and waited for our order. There was no one else inside, in front of us. The 4 “baristas” that were busy making drive through orders, never looked up, never said it’ll be a minute. No acknowledgement that we were waiting. After, maybe 8 minutes I asked if the drinks being made and lined up were possibly including ours, the girl said, “no. They’re drive up orders.” I think it’s rude to be treating a guest who gets out of their car and comes inside, as if they’re invisible. At least have the courtesy to smile and say “your order will be ready in a moment.” We won’t be back. Totally turned off by the service.
