The owner here is Eric. I came here because he was the cheapest around and I soon found out why. First of all there were some red flags that I ignored and shouldn’t have. His shop is a complete mess, all his boats/skis are pushed into each other and rubbing on each other. Often times he doesn’t bother to put the front wheel down on the trailers and just has them laid on the ground. He has a couple workers that speak no English at all and often have no idea where he is or can explain to you what work they are doing on your boat. He was initially very hard to get ahold of and it remained that way.
As for my problem it began with a routine carb clean that left me eventually having to replace a whole engine after lean run away before the ski even got on the water. (He said it was because the timing was wrong on my engine, however it ran fine for 20 plus hours prior). Anyway I footed that bill and he didn’t work on my ski for 4 months while it sat and deteriorated in the sun and later in the fall built up algae from holding water(look at pics). He eventually replaced the engine and it did idle but that’s all it did. We took it to the delta and the ski would not increase in rpm’s. I took it back to him and another month later he tells me he needed to replace the stator. I pay him yet again, take it out, and sure enough this time it won’t even start. By now I haven’t taken it back because he always has my ski for months and has only damaged it further. My trailer won’t hook onto the 2 inch ball anymore because he moves it with a fork lift and twisted the socket, he scratched both my ski and trailer and broke the trailer taillight. I blame myself for not reading his reviews and not turning around when I saw how he treated both his own workspace and other peoples belongings. Eric has been dishonest from the beginning and has careless disregard for your time and money. I just want to save you from this same ordeal! Please reach out to me if you have any questions and I’ll give you further details. I just want to help the community! Happy holidays everyone!

This person charged me $780 just to give me my boat back 100% like it was when I brought it to him he lied about the work he’s done to it along with. I did have fluid drain for my brake lines on the trailer. This person is out to scam people I will be taking him to small claims court.

We have a wakeboard boat that was having some transmission issues early in the summer. I called around to multiple shops. Summer is a hard time to get your boat worked on. I called the Boat Doch, the owner said he could get my boat in that week. He said come Friday morning. I left at 8 am and he said he couldn't be there till 11. When I showed up, my gut feeling was to turn around and take my boat home. I dropped it off anyways. As I drove away, I saw him slamming the trailer around with his forklift. That gut feeling again that this isn't right

He called a few days later and told me the V-Drive is toast, $3800 for a new one. I ask how long and he says a week to get the new v-drive and a few days to put it in. I followed up several times. It took over 3 weeks, the owner was hard to get a hold of. Finally, I arranged for my father in-law to pick up the boat, just before Father’s Day weekend. The owner never showed. Tried calling him for over 2 hours with no reply. A few days later we set up another time to pick up the boat. We showed up and he never said sorry and acted irritated at us. Charged me over $5400 for the V drive.

We checked out the boat, which was now filthy and dirty, missing the electric adapter for the lights, and a huge scratch/dent on the trailer! I asked about it. No apology or reason. No reduction in cost for the damages. It took us hours to clean out the boat, found gusher fruit snacks trash in the boat, the boat straps for the trailer were missing, added hours to our boat, empty gas tank and the beamy top was put away and tied up in a way we never put it away. My conclusion is he took our boat out for a joy ride, who knows for how long, completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair of their boat, car or motorcycle.
