Bought a brand new Subaru outback wilderness that had damage (unbeknownst to us) and, when the control arm finally failed completely, Subaru of America refused to take care of us. A private inspector said it had been transported improperly, resulting in downward bending of all control arms. I didn’t know I needed a full body inspection of a brand new vehicle - you should make sure you have one done too if you do decide to buy from here.

5 stars for Sales, shout out to Ray Butler. Very personable and knowledgeable. Was impressed that we were to be contacted for follow up questions….one month in and no contact! Disappointing. I NEED ANSWERS.
why did it take 4.5 hours for me to get new tires and an alignment. The alignment wasn't even done correctly. I was suggested to take it to a mom/pop shop because the tires, I purchased from THEM, were too aggressive to get it right.
ON A DIFFERENT APPOINTMENT, I made sure I was the very first one there. 8:30 appointment, got there at 8, and dropped car off at 8:20 am. after SIX HOURS and oil change and a battery swap was done.
Do they have knuckle dragging mechanics or am I getting shafted each time I visit this place.
