Sun Country Marine has a very friendly inviting environment, allowing you to make the decision of whats best for your family. Their pro shop is very neat and organized as well as their service shop. They perform quality work and have a big selection of boats to fit different price ranges. After visiting their Lake Havasu location I was very impressed with their professionalism as compared to my experiences with other boat shops/dealers in the South Western States. To me they are the best value for your time and money.

I so highly recommend Sun Country Marine service department! While on our second day of a week vacation at Havasu Landing Resort (across the lake from Lake Havasu City, Arizona) the steering in on Pontoon that we just had fixed, went out.. so at 11:30am on a Saturday morning we called 17 different boat repair shops and they were not only the nicest with the most information about what had happened to our boat, but the only one that said bring it in.. so we traveled all the way around the lake (1 hour and 20 minute drive) dropped it off and it was fixed in an hour!!! We are so happy and grateful. We were about to head back home to SoCal...Ask for Jim, he was outstanding❤️

On a busy Fourth of July my boat broke and I expected to pay $1500 for a new fuel pump when I came to this business. Leon and Bill had the pump that no one else had, checked out my boat and recommended I try plugs first. Even though I expected to pay $1500 - the plugs cost me only $35. These guys are so honest and true professionals. They took the time to listen to my problem. I would highly recommend them.

I bought my boat from them a year ago. Kenny in the service department always goes above and beyond when it comes to getting my boat serviced. He picks it up from my storage and returns it without any hassles. Which for me is a lifesaver seeing that I live out of state. Great group of people I highly recommend.

The service managers and the staff are top notch, I had a reoccurring knock sensor issue and went in early on a Saturday morning expecting to drop my boat off and make arrangements to have them get it back in storage (Which they will).
I spoke with their tech Pat and he wanted to take a look at it real quick, he spotted the problem which was that someone who worked on the boat previously to me owning it had the sensor in the front of the motor instead of the side of the block where it belongs.
He moved the sending unit and had the code cleared, and me on the road in 15 minutes.
Being able to identify issues without replacing multiple parts is a lost skill now - a - days.
I finally found service tech's I can trust here in Havasu.

Fast and exceptional service! We drove our G23 Natigue from Peoria for a factory recall part. They fixed the boat and a few additional parts that we didn't even know were recalled all within 4 hours. So incredibly and impressively fast.

Super knowledgeable about product. Talking to Gary was like talking to an old friend. Clean organized facility. I will buy my next boat from Sun Country. DO NOT buy a pontoon until you shop here. Or the best wakeboard boat made.
