Once again, Casey and Joseph have gone above and beyond to make any and all issues and required maintenance smooth and easy. Their quick response time and knowledge are much appreciated! Joseph was able to fix all of our electrical issues, complete the oil change in the water, and replace the raw water pump within 2 days. We recently had our lower end service. Casey was able to arrange everything for us. He arranged the haul out, the service, which included bottom paint, and the billing. He had to deal with constant questions from my husband and I, which he did with patience and grace. Thank you again! I truly hope the right people see this! Casey, the service manager at Sun Country Marine, and thier tech Joseph worked together to do a great job repairing my SeaRay 230. They coordinated timing of the job so it was completed within 2 days of my initial request. Not the first time they have provided excellent service. These guys are the best!

We’ve been a part of the Sun Country family of boat owners for about 6 years. Jeremiah and all of his staff are simply awesome! Today, I want to highlight the service manager, Casey. He is the best! Such a calm, professional, individual who has the can do and will do attitude to address any needs! He’s responsive, communicates extremely well, and follows through until the job is done! Can’t say enough good things…you are very fortunate to have him in your organization, he’s a difference maker!

Per usual, Casey and Joseph were outstanding. Casey is an extremely communicative manager, who is well versed in our boat and our specific maintenance needs. I NEVER find myself having to track Casey down for where we stand on any maintenance issues. He always communicates, well in advance, any maintenance and/or repair needs for our boat. Joseph is a pro. He takes very good care of everything on our boat. His monthly inspections are always thorough and any problems discovered are always presented with a recommended solution. They always leave the boat just as they found it. If not for the thorough report and maintenance, you would never know they were onboard.

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Sun Country in San Diego. Our initial boat purchase was handled by Jeremiah and it was everything we could have hoped for. Having purchased several boats in the past, I can honestly say that the sales and service experience has by far been the best we've ever been through. Service manager Casey and his team in the San Diego service department are awesome and have always responded quickly to get issues resolved so my family can get back on the water. Casey always responds right away to my calls and does everything he can to provide solutions. When the service team does any work on my boat, I've always been so impressed with how professional they've been. They show up with they say they will and they are honest about what the issues are. Casey and Joseph are always willing to explain what's going on with the boat so I'm able to learn more about the systems and what the best way is to keep my boat running perfect. My wife and I recently purchased a Prestige 460 from Sun Country. Michael Basso went out of his way to teach us how to operate the boat and get us off to a great start. Service manager Casey Day and his technician Joseph also met me on the boat, did some minor tweaking of some systems and were extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my follow up questions. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them. Their customer service and follow through are top notch.
