Adam Newby was sales guy, and helped me pull the trigger on my mid-life crisis issue and buy a used harley. Sunrise had an absolutely beautiful one. Walked in after work close to closing time and asked for a test ride. Wheeled it outside for me without hesitation. Needless to say it road great. Big smiles after hours as we got the paperwork in order. It was drizzling on the way out the door, and me being a big ole baby refused to take it home in the rain. The kept it overnight for me let me come back the next day. If they have what you are looking for, don't hesitate to give them your business. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Pics are at my house, their showroom is much nicer.

Andras was great to work with on a new bike sale / order. He was always friendly and down to earth. He kept me up to date while waiting on delivery.

The rest of the staff was friendly and did good work. They got me the accessories i wanted and had no problem installing my own aftermarket items for a reasonable price.

If there was a lower level I would have picked it.going on 8 months and still NO title for the bike I purchased,at first I NEVER received it in the mail,u all know ( in the mail trick) and now it's the state issue. All person that I have talked to BLAMED me,the customer.whst a joke of a company!!!!!!

Sales staff are alright, the parts/service department guys were helpful despite having to return a chain that needed to resized, I didn't have the tools to break it, and they wouldn't cut the chain without having the bike in the shop for a service charge. Seems like a push to gain service charges, which is unnecessary since I already know the number of links it needs to be, so i just returned it to avoid the hassle. The guys at the end seemed agitated, rude and aggressive with ensuring the returned part was still sealed by slamming the part on the counter while saying "he hates to have to do this". The part was still sealed to his amazement.

As a first time customer, I'll just go elsewhere for parts or a new bike I was considering. Being nice isn't easy, but it never costs you a thing.
