10 out of 10 Experience. Never thought buying a motorcycle could be so easy, and I never had a dealership slow down the process to make sure I found just the right bike & how to operate it safely, check my oil, where the battery was, etc. I was fully informed & when does that ever happen with any dealership?! Go to Sunrise. You won't be disappointed.

This is a long review because I have been buying bikes from Sunrise Honda since 2008.
I love Sunrise Honda in Searcy, Arkansas! I have been riding for more than 45 years and Sunrise is by far the best dealership I have had the pleasure to know. So far, I’ve bought five bikes from them, including three gold wings (2008, 2012, 2018) Every transaction was friendly, low pressure, professional, and moved at the pace that I wanted it to move. Over the years I have met many great people at Sunrise! Right now, Greg is my main salesman!
When I buy a bike for my daughter next year (Med school graduation), he will be our sales person!! He is awesome if you’re looking to buy a new motorcycle, go see Greg. My old salesman, Bryan, is now the general manager! He is freaking awesome too! As a matter fact, everybody there is amazing! I have no idea how they assembled such a great team of so many cool people!
The reason I’m writing this review is after six years, a check engine light illuminated on my 2018 Goldwing’s dashboard. When I called Sunrise to get an appointment with them, they told me that they would squeeze me in the next day to do the diagnostic on it… Who does that these days? Sunrise Honda does! When I took my bike in for service I met Chase and Bryce for the first time! They were young, but totally professional and turned out to be awesome to work with. Within 15 minutes of giving them my keys Jayson (my Mechanic) showed up and started asking me questions about my bike and what I was doing right before the light came on! I told him very high speeds on the highway… But I wasn’t speeding ?! Next thing I knew he was gone and so was the bike! When I went back inside, Sondra was there! She has been the service manager there for a long time and she knows how to run a service department! She is also the primary organizer running a 100+ bike escort for the opening ceremonies of our local special Olympics! Yes, she is freaking awesome! One hour later, Jason found me and asked me if my battery had gotten low or died in the recent past. Yes it had! He told me the low battery triggered a bunch of sensors which triggered the light on the dash and that nothing was wrong with my bike… Except my failure to maintain my battery! ?. It was a hilarious moment… But more importantly, he didn’t try to upsell me, rip me off, BS me on anything… He basically said, I reset everything and you are good to go!
When I finished with new bikes and service department I headed over to see my friend Dustin in the used bike department. He is such a good dude! He sold me the bike My daughter is currently riding! I did make one observation when I was looking at the used bikes… They are the cleanest used bikes on the planet! When I mentioned it to Dustin… He said nobody wants to buy a dirty bike so we make sure , they don’t! ?
Anyway, I wrote this review because I really really really love what they are doing up at Sunrise Honda! Honda bikes are awesome, the staff at Sunrise is phenomenal, the service department will always treat you right and every time I go up there they treat me better than family.

I Lester would just like to thank Justin Williams and KB Finance manger at Sunrise Honda great service. When ever i had a question they was fast to answer them and very nice people there with them. Jr. in the parts dept. is a nice a very helpful guy too.
I would buy from them again and tell everybody to ask for them two.

The only reason I put as high as a 1 is bc I could not put a 0. owner trys to help and gm trys to help you but will never use them again bc of Honda service Dept. Took ATV in to get diagnosed why wouldn't start. The lady that called me quoted me over $800 to replace stator. I told them to put everything back like it was and I'd be by to get it. Go to get it nuthing was put back together. I'm one of I take it apart I can put it back. So I put stator in still wouldn't start talk to owner and gm they tell me to bring it up there and they would take care of it. Owner says he would take care of it on his dime as long as stator i put in will work. I get a call 3 weeks later they can fix it but will have to rewire stator and will cost me $200 and some change, so I needed my pioneer, I figured they had to rewire some stuff internally, I could not figure out wiring bc they had cut 2 wires and I did not know which went where. So I agreed and then I called a few weeks later after not hearing from them, the lady very rudely said it's been ready you can come get it. I go to get it and see it setting outside and seat is still not put together. So I'm pissed at this point and I go in and tell them I thought they said it was done and the seat that they took apart the first time was not back together, she goes in the back comes out and says they are going to put it together. Well I still have a bag of bolts and screws in glove box that they bagged up at this point. I get to camp the next day start it up and start loading feed, my daughter noticed oil is spraying out. I call the gm and he says to bring it in but they did not get into the engine at all. Well I did not take it back to them bc I was over sunrise and refused to use them anymore, so I just decided to use someone that I trusted would fix it. I took it to my guy and even though I was out more money my ATV is fixed and apparently they had got into the motor at some point bc some bolts were left not tight and allowed oil to spray out. My dad, my father n law, and myself have bought close to 15 rigs in last 20 years from them, I had had one bad dealing before and it was taken care of but after this I will never use them again. In total it cost me $400 that it should not have cost to get this ATV going bc I had to take it else where. They do not take care of customers.
