Walked in to see some new and used catamaran boats at the orange beach location and was greeted by David at door. When my husband proceeded to ask questions about the boats they have and the boat we have, David seemed very arrogant and had an attitude about helping in any way and was very rude in his comments and answers to us. The mgr Tai was helpful and considerate and knew the exact boat we had and most everything about it for which David was clueless When we told him we wanted to stay within a certain price range he also proceeded to be rude and condescending about the 100,000 we could spend. We own a boat that was previously bought from Mica who used to work there and was treated with great respect and thought we would see if maybe we could make it happen again. Basically he told my husband that he would send us info on all catamaran,s because obviously price was no object! This was not what my husband had said to him. I have never been in an establishment where a customer service person was this rude and obnoxious and further more will not be spending our money with this establishment ever again.

Our experience with Sunrise Marine in Orange Beach was great. We’d visited some other boat dealerships but couldn’t seem to connect. When we first stopped by Sunrise we were greeted immediately by Cameron. He was extremely helpful but not pushy. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. As a result, we purchased a 2023 Robalo boat from them. Cameron, Drew, Marcus, and the rest of the team at Sunrise made the purchasing experience easy for us. We highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough nice things about this team at Sunrise Marine in OBA. Micah and Drew have been amazing to work with. The entire team is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. The customer service we received from all of them has been simply unexpected and very much appreciated and the excellent customer service doesn’t stop after the sale. That’s when they really shine! They have definitely made customers (and friends) for life from me and my husband. If you are looking for the best place to purchase a boat this is the only place to go.

I ended up not buying a new boat because some things changed in my life, but they were still very respectful and courteous. They even refunded 100% of my deposit in a timely manner. Trust level is way up with the people there, and when I am ready to purchase a new boat, Harbor View Marine will be my first stop. First class!

First class people. Bought my first serious boat here. Micah was very professional and a great help. I was driving through for vacation and on the spur of the moment wanted to pick up a boat to fish within my current home in Arkansas, but also take with me on vacation to Gulf Shore and my home state Florida. I asked for the quickest turn around as possible knowing I would be leaving the next day. His team got me hooked up with financing through Tina, insurance, and a great price out the door the same day. Micah and his dad Drew took extreme care in ensuring I was happy with a demo ride before I signed and ensured all considerations to securing safely my boat for the 11 hour drive back home. You can tell they took great pride in what they did. Will buy my next boat from them again.

Went there a couple of weeks ago, just looking to see what they had. Micah (sales rep) showed us what they had but we didn’t see anything we liked and moved on. Four days later I’m trying to work a deal on another boat but the salesman has let my emails sit in his in box without opening them. Micah calls ask if I found a boat yet. He’s not pushy, all he wants to do is email me some pictures of a boat he thinks we will like. Long story short it was the same make and model as the one I was trying to work a deal on. Micah was straight forward about price, condition, he listened to what we were looking for in a boat. He was knowledgeable about the boat and the sea trial. So I bought it same boat but with better equipment and better up grades and for a better price.its been a couple of weeks now and Micah still calls just to see how we like the boat and if we have any questions. Still waiting on the other guy to send me the info on the other boat for the loan. Harbor View Marina in Orange Beach did right by us and Micah really paid attention to what we were telling him and found us a great boat.
