I love this place! This was the first time I've ever been there, because of a recommendation from a friend.

They were able to get me in quickly, did all the work I needed, and checked all the reminders on my car that I've forgotten to look at myself, all of which were important – and got me out in plenty of time.

All of this on a day that was like no other for them, with people dropping in with unexpected requests all day long. And two people had called out sick! I'm totally impressed with the way they all kept their cool and handled the problems of everyone who came by with professionalism and kindness.

I've been waiting 8 months for a recalled airbag. (replaced ~5-6 years ago; now faulty). They politely jerk me around by not calling me with updates when they said they would. After 3 months they asked if we still wanted it. (What? Yes!) After 4 months they said we were #9 on the list. After 5 months they said we were #2 on the list, and said call 12/10 if I didn't hear from them. I called 12/10 and left a message. Nothing. I called 12/18 and left message. Then I went in. He told me I was #1 on the list and it would be in 12/26.

In spite of the fact I was patient and polite, still no one called me with update on 12/26. I called 12/30. NOW THEY SAID I WAS #2 ON THIS LIST! WHAT THE HECK? So then I called service, the parts dept, the head of parts dept, and the head of service. I called the General Manager and left a voice mail. I don't expect him to call me either since I'm only trying to get a replacement for a faulty recalled airbag for my 2007 Honda. Is this legal I'm about to call a lawyer. 🙁
