Very bad business practices especially in a emergency situation where a forest fire is going on, I got called to go fight the park fire, I needed water tank endorsement and air brake endorsement on my license I passed my test and needed a water tank for the driving part to be able to go on the fire line. They said that they could only rent it to me if I set up an account luckily I have a business so I filled out an application they said they would expedite it when I talk to them in person. When I called West Sacramento to let them know I finished the application if they could expedite the application because I have to take the driving test to go on to the park fire in Chico California period at that time he told me he would not rent me the water truck to pass the driving test to go fight a fire. I was in disbelief, it shouldn't matter what I need the water truck 4 as long as I'm paying the bill, were there sits in my yard or I drive it around the block, it shouldn't matter I'm paying the price. They refused to rent me the water truck so I can get my tanker endorsement to go on the front lines of the park fire. What a garbage company this is. I guess they don't see the importance of another person on the fire line fighting fires to save people's lives and property. Don't do business with this company since this is their Outlook
