Great experience all around! Amanda and Jennifer were so helpful and professional. I knew my things were in good hands! Clean facility, lights available where you need them if you happen to stop by your unit when it's dark. Would 100% recommend Super Storage to my friends and family! Thank you for the help and pleasant experience. If I need a unit again in the future; Super storage will be my first choice!

Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. I use the storage for my business so I am at it times per week. Every time I am there and not helping out a customer she is out picking up trash around the property or sweeping or even pulling weeds ... Literally every time I am there she is doing something to better the storage experience for the customer. Out of all of the storage facilities that I have used in the past, this is by far the best storage place that I have ever used. I was recently telling my daughter who is with me a lot of the time that this is the type of work attitude that you want to have at every job. She said that I should write a review, and so here I am. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Super Storage and recommend their facilities to everyone I know who lives or works in the immediate area.

Absolutely wonderful experience, entire staff was friendly and helpful through every interaction I had, from signup and moving in, to checking/moving out. Super clean facility, easy to navigate/find your unit, well maintained, and I felt 100% safe having my belongings in the unit. On top of all that, this was the lowest rate I could find in the entire area. Not a single negative aspect about my entire experience conducting business here, and both Jennifer and Amanda were very helpful, friendly, and professional every time I interacted with them. If you’re currently looking for storage, I recommend this spot in a heartbeat. Having had experience with other storage companies, this is by far the absolute best I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely wonderful.

Amanda was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The storage facility itself has great security. I feel at ease storing my belongings there and feel as though Amanda is above and beyond what I would expect from a manager. Also a shoutout to Jennifer as well who was able to answer all my questions with patience and kindness. Would recommend this place to anyone.
