We took the shuttle bus to the rent-a-car center. The first bus was full and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for the next bus. The driver was very helpful with the luggage (plz don’t forget to give him a tip). It took less than 10 minutes to get to the rental center. The lineup wasn’t too bad. The attendant was very helpful. We went to the assigned car lot number and we could choose any car we want from that lot. The process was easy. The car return process is easy too. There’s free wifi at the center. You can also get a phone card there via a vending machine.
