Just to notify your company as if 05/04/2023, I left a voicemail with 4 option. Regarding an incident with your Company Truck (Semi) with trailer (unknown if loaded or not) involving a school bus on the 57 S. Freeways just past exit 15 (Pathfinder Rd) DOT 3370496 Truck # 20537…. Notified that the school district transportation of the incident, their bus drivers thankfully are vigilante, because if they didn’t brake your semi would have sideswiped the whole side of the bus, trying to merge from now the emergency lane…. CHP is also notified of this matter of all info regarding your semi & drivers reckless behavior and the schools info…. They will be reaching out to you….

Horrible company, incompetent Human Resources, will not take care of their responsibilities when you’re hurt on the job due to their incompetence! Low wages, beat up equipment. They cause financial distress and hardship, beware working here, it’s risky and dangerous.

Avoid doing business with these unprofessional clowns. GO TO PENSKE OR RYDER AND RENT FROM THEM INSTEAD. These low life's act like 12year olds. Specially when you call for roadside assistance on their garbage rentals that have many issues. They have you repeat yourself many times. Then call you again to repeat yourself many times again. It's like a little game for them, must be because they hate their job.
Then when you tell them you have already complied they hang up the phone on you. Low life's to say the least, avoid these children playing grown ups. They should go flip burgers instead.

Sitting for two hours, waiting for mirror to be replaced on hood, and the bracket on the rear of trailer where it houses the electrical plug in connection for the reefer. Because the whole thing in dangling.

I don't know how they can't get someone to come and fix it, I'm on a tight schedule.

Damaged our trailer 3 months ago and refuse to pay for the repairs and downtime of those repairs. They won't even speak with our attorney.

Go up
