La'Marcus is absolutely amazing!! When I entrusted him to build my Custom built Harley-Davidson, the results were beyond my expectations. This labor of love was an extended project, not meant to be rushed, and he truly took his time making sure that every single detail was perfect. I absolutely LOVE my new bike. And delivering it me personally, at my birthday party, 12 hours away (in Ohio), was truly the icing on my Birthday ? Cake!

Marcus did a great job on my jeep.
Last guy never came back but Marcus was right with it.
Put in a new switch box in the cab.
He and I together figured out a great custom location for the interior piece and he did wonders coming up with a great location for the piece in the engine compartment.
Next time anything needs repaired around the house he and Stephanie will definitely be my first call.

They aren't rude, but I DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend their service(s). After about 2 months and a couple of home warranty claims later, our AC is still not fixed. They definitely don't communicate or arrive when they tell you they will. Marcus popped up at our house (2 days before he was scheduled to come) to do something to our outside breaker box and said "That should fix it" He never came in to even check if the issue was fixed which (surprise, surprise) it wasn't. And Stephanie is no better. She contacted us the next day and basically told us to contact our Home Warranty. If you need repair, do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

THANK YOU TECHNICRAFT!! I’ve spent a couple of years trying to find a reputable company to install new alarm systems for my vehicle and new home! Being unable to remotely secure my vehicle properly was very scary! Marcus and the Technicraft team helped me tremendously! I now have a NEW car alarm system, a key fob (the car dealership never provided) and a new home security system! As a single woman I am forever grateful! Best company ever!! Best Customer Service ever!! They were with me every step of the way!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Part of home warranty, stated he could do job, took money, said he didn’t have a ladder to do the job, which was a ceiling fan, we could provide ladder, told originally by company he would arrive by 1100, then text suddenly changed to read between 11 - 5, he showed at 3 without tools or ladder, but took warranty fee and next day our warranty company said he cancelled due to him not having proper tools. Which he knew when he left on Friday, beware before giving this company funds. THIS IS WHAT IS KNOWN AS LARCENY BY TRICK!!!!!!!!!!! He had no intention of doing the job, he brought no tools.
